After finalizing the architectural plans, we coordinated with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to complete the necessary engineering drawings. Once the full permit package was submitted and approved by the City of Ottawa, we proceeded to the construction phase.

Construction & Renovation

With permits in place, demolition commenced, reshaping approximately 80% of the building’s interior layout. The renovation resulted in a modern, fully optimized facility featuring:
